Refactoring – Not on the backlog!

We’ll clean up what we see, as well as we can in the time available, which will never be enough. We took many weeks to get the code this bad, and we’ll surely not get that many weeks to fix it.

This is not the way to go. A big refactoring session is hard to sell, and if sold, it returns less than we hoped, after a long delay.

实际工作中估计只有 30% 的人日能分给技术需求，这放到一次迭代中其实什么也干不了。真需要做重构的时候，可以跟着需求走。
